By shopping on prescriptionrxcords.com, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

REFUNDS

 

All sales are final. No refunds on items that are fulfilled accurately (i.e. the correct item and the correct new/used condition). Be advised that shelfwear may minorly affect any item's cosmetic condition. All items are shipped in protective packaging, so any minor damage that may occur from shipping does not qualify customers to receive a refund.

 

If an order is fulfilled incorrectly (ex. missing record or wrong record), then a refund, free item, or store credit will be issued.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Prescription Rxcords does not accept exchanges.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

All orders may be canceled as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING

 

Prescription Rxcords offers USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and USPS & UPS International Mail. Be advised that after a package is shipped from Prescription Rxcords to USPS or UPS, Prescription Rxcords relinquishes responsibility of a customer's package. If a customer's package is lost, stolen, or damaged due to the courier's actions, Prescription Rxcords is not required to issue the customer a refund. To help protect the customer against those unfortunate situations, however, Prescription Rxcords offers Route protection for purchase at checkout. In the event that a customer pruchases Route's package protection and their package is subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route will provide customer support and resolve the issue. If a customer does not purchase Route's package protection and their package is subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Prescription Rxcords is not required to issue the customer a refund.
